Possibly pregnancy after miscarriage😭

Possible pregnancy after miscarriage Had a miscarriage the 17th and had sharp right cramps the 24-25th and sex the 26th bleeding had completely stopped but after sex it started back and have had symptoms since like this passed Friday or Thursday hcg never left my system so if I’m pregnant new hcg just added on to the old so now to the test the too was taken at 8:26 PM and the top was 11:30 AM it is dark. Could I be pregnant again so soon??? Oh and no longer bleeding pink spotting barely on pad noticeable when wiping
