Wedding Guest Outfit

Ok so I need people who actually know fashion and clothing to help me out. I have a wedding to go to this summer. Is this dress cute? Do you think it looks ok on me? What shoes would you wear with it? (I have black, white, and gold heels as well as a couple of pairs of sandals) And if I can't wear heels ( I had knee surgery a month and a half ago and will only by 2 months post op at the wedsing so Idk how balanced and stable I'll feel in heels) what shoe would look cute with this dress. And how would you wear your hair? I haven't been to many weddings so advice would be greatly appreciated.
