Irregular periods/birth control

Ok so im just wondering if anyone eles has gone through this or not. So hi i have been having irregular periods since i started having a period but ive used birth control to help regulate them. I have two kids which were conceived while using birth control and condoms. Trust me ik weird i was just as shocked but anyway after having my youngest i started taking birth control again but this time the progesterone pill you take by mouth. I never knew that there was a progesterone birth control pill but anyway after like 4 months of taking it my periods would come and be like 5-7 days and then a week would go by and then i get it again for 5-7 days then all of a sudden i was bleeding for 2 weeks straight so i went to the dr and they said oh yeah you have 5-7 cyst on your ovaries and 2 big cysts one on each side so im like omg what do i do and they say go to your obgyn so i call and call and call and they cant take me then after that i had 2 regular periods and now ive been on my period for a month and i do have days like 1 or 2 where i dont bleed at all and its all over the place like some days are heavy some days are light and medium and then i have days where its brown but only a little and ive never really been tested for pcos or endometriosis or anything but in the past ive definitely known ive had cysts plus both my kids were premature and my family history is worrisome and when i try to talk to like my mom about it shes like oh its normal and i definitely know bleeding for a long period of time is not normal so im looking for guidance i guess because not to mention the ob i did have retired during my pregnancy with my daughter shes 11 months now but ill put a picture of the length ive been bleeding this time. also any negativity to this post will be ignored. im just trying to see if anyone eles has this problem and if so how did they fix it i guess.
