Plan b and birth control

Hi everyone. I’m posting because I have pretty bad anxiety and if you don’t have anything nice to say please do not answer. I have been on birth control for over 2 years, estarylla is the name of it. My boyfriend finished in me a few times and I’ve taken plan b atleast 3 times this month. I know it’s a lot and I know if I’m on birth control I shouldn’t take it but I get paranoid. I got my period last night and this morning it was pretty normal but now it started to lighten up already. I’m just wondering if this is from the plan b? I’m still paranoid if I could be pregnant but I was bleeding like normal in the morning. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.
