Please be nice 😬 pregnant 4 months PP after emergency C-Section

First off - I know, I know. I am an idiot. Believe me, every negative, con, and scolding is being said to myself in my brain right now. Everything you can say I have already thought 😩 it took 5 years to conceive our 2nd. I ended up having preeclampsia and my son was born early by c-section. We typically do use protection, but with breastfeeding and our history of infertility we had ONE time that was questionable and sure enough… I end up pregnant again. I am freaking out and could really use some positive vibes or stories of those who’ve had similar experiences ❤️
