How often do you feel baby move?

I am 19 weeks 2 days & I feel baby move a lot for the most part, he moves more on some days than others. I’ve been paranoid the last few days with movement just because we had a family member lose her baby a few days ago at 19 weeks 5 days & she went in to be checked because she hadn’t felt baby move for awhile.

So how often do you feel baby move at 19 weeks? Should I be concerned if he moves a lot one day & not so much the next? Some days I’ll feel him move all day long & other days I’ll only feel him move at night. I have a heartbeat Doppler & check when I’m worried, but someone told me to not rely on the heartbeat if you don’t feel movement.
