Hcg dropped!

Instead of rising my hcg droped by 200. Does this mean imminent miscarriage? I do have cramping but no bleeding. Saw heartbeat yesterday. Hcg was 2253 but went to 1992 yesterday. I'll be 6 weeks saturday.
