Sneakpeek contamination possibility..

The night I was getting ready to do my sneakpeek test I ended up having a sezuire I had dropped a baggie on the floor and my spouse had picked it up. When I was out if the sezuire and felt better a few hours later I continued with the test. But I'm wondering with this bag he had touched would it have anything to do contaminating the test? I added a picture of what the baggy looked like there was two baggys one for the box its self and this one just with gause for your finger. The bag said biohazard on it
