Boyfriend didn’t plan my anything for my birthdayy

So the last two weeks I’ve been coming of rude toward any boyfriend, I’ve been feeling under appreciated. My birthday just past and he planed NOTHING although he said he would, anniversary passed and also he planed nothing but he did make a big deal on what really is the importance of an anniversary. I don’t ask for much but I feel on those are days you can show your loved one how much you care etc and well since then specially after my birthday I’ve been snappy & making rude comments, I’ve told him how I felt and all he’s done is make me feel like I’m asking for too much or he resorts by saying we’ll find someone who takes you out then. I’ve planed to move out haven’t said anything to him. I know what I feel is valid but can anyone please just confirm I am right for feeling the way I feel ? Because I do feel lost and confused
