So I just learned you can spot when you ovulate? I have pcos and I’m very irregular, I got off birth control almost 2 months ago and randomly started spotting yesterday, could it be ovulation? Lh tests are useless to me since I have pcos they always read nearly positive. Should I bd just incase this could be ovulation related?
