Pcos friends!

I need some guidance! First month tracking since my period has been coming on it’s own average 50 ish day cycles. I have one child I had to take mediation to start my period and clomid! My daughter is now 16 months old and this is my first month testing with ovulation test since the month I got pregnant with her. The only time I ever saw a positive like this is when I’m taking medication. Do you think this is it! I’m kinda freaking out lol my OB before he retired told me he believed I’ve never ovulated in my life til clomid! Could this actually/ possibly that I’m on the right track to get pregnant naturally 😭😭 I would be so blessed.
