Please give me advice

So I had to get my hormonal IUD taken out today because it shifted and I had an appointment made to get a different birth control and the condom broke today, and this app says I’m ovulating tomorrow. Guys I’m freaking the hell out, what do I do? Today I had clear, thick stretchy discharge. I hope that doesn’t necessarily mean ovulation. I didn’t have a period from February until May., then in may I had a period may 15-19th, then a period June 14-18th. My ob said the lining of my uterus is very thin so the chance is low but not impossible. Do you think it’s worth spending the $50 on a Plan B if I’ve already ovulated? I’m so scared. I already have two kids and I’m scared to leave them behind. I had two healthy pregnancies and the deliveries were honestly fine and not too bad but I am SCARED!!!!! i def can not go through an ab0rtion personally but I absolutely do not wanna be pregnant. We’ve never had this happen with condoms I am extremely sick to my stomach and my heart is pounding.
