Random shoots of pain

Does anyone else get random shoots of pain where it actually hurts (on your flaps) like almost a shock feel in a way. Then other days it’s like SUPER itchy down there. For some reason it does the days right before my period and day right after my period.

I’ve been having this issue for the past 3 months and I know I need to go to the doctor but I’m officially scared and this doesn’t feel normal.
