Is it me?

Hey ladies, so I have had the Mirena since 2022 (2nd time having it!) After my children and its of course settled. My cycles are light and normally just brownish discharge for 3-4 days. The only change I have noticed since its settled is is that I get a little more "sensitive" down there. A bit irritant. Minor but noticeable as its only around my cycle. Anyone else experience this? Thanks
