Can I drink beer ?

I’m currently 8 days late on period so about 21DPO. LMP June 5. Once I noticed I wasn’t having my regular spotting 2-3 days before expected period july 4 I knew something was off and here I am periodless lol took one test july 5 with a negative.
So i was wondering if I could drink beer since I’m not pregnant?
