Missed period

Just after some advice really my period is now 5 days late, I’m always on time. Couple of weeks ago I was eating dinner and started getting stomach pain so I went to the toilet, I had bright pink blood which is unusual because it’s 2 weeks before my period and I never bleed in between and now since then I haven’t started my period at all, I’ve had a bit of old brown blood and some bright red spots when wiping but nothing else. Im unsure what to do and confused about the pain and bleeding 2 weeks ago
