12 dpo negative

This was my first cycle with Inito and tested negative today at 12 dpo. I really have no idea what else to do or where to turn. Accepting the reality of my husband and I never having kids breaks my heart. We’ve been TTC for almost 5 years. “Unexplained infertility”. What a diagnosis. Not sure where to go from here. We have no interest in fertility treatments. Anyone in a similar place?
