Hi I’m 41 year old having my first miracle baby

It was told I would never be able to have kids naturally with my pcos and all the health issues and found out I was pregnant it’s been hard my dad passed away a month after I found out I was pregnant my husband mom and dad have also passed away in the 16 years we have been together we don’t have much family left but my mom this will be her first grand child I’m due October 20th 2 days before my husbands birthday we are so excited and feel so blessed after we have lost so many family members to be able to become parents
