Healing after traumatic birth

How did you heal from very traumatic birth? Can I talk to someone from here? Someone who was finally ready for a second child after such an experience or trauma therapist?

My only child is almost 3.5 years old.. I've always wanted at least 2 kids and I'm 32yo+.. But...after what I've been through, I'm shaking of fear just by the thought of it...And day by day, I just find it so hard to imagine to go through it again....

I need help or advice...
