Anybody bleed during sex quite often ?

So for a year now I’ve experienced bleeding during sex a handful of times, not every time, but handful. I just ended my period 2 days ago I’d say but this blood was bright red and was a smear on the toilet paper every time I wiped afterwards, residual was on my husband too like usual. We also did have sex those 2 days ago and I didn’t bleed but tonight I did. It seems very strange to me. I also bled a week before my period too. I have seen and talked with my gyno about this already and she checked me out, had a pelvic ultrasound, Pap smear, I don’t know what else to say, would they have caught cancer if it was something serious like that? I’m tired of it and it gets me anxious every time I experience it. Wondering if it’s lack of lube with combo of roughness and size. Please if anyone can respond to this with some feedback then I’d be so grateful.
