D&C pathology report for Twin MMC

I got my pathology report back today from my D&C 5 weeks ago. I had a pretty complicated case. IVF day 5 fresh transfer of a 4AA embryo split into monozygotic dichorionic diamniotic twins. One was lost at 6 weeks and one was lost just shy of 11 weeks. The pathology report came back and says there was nothing atypical for the genetic testing and it shows immature chorionic villi. Has anyone had a similar situation? I have a meeting with my IVF doctor in a few weeks to go over the report. If there was nothing genetically wrong do we think this was caused by the splitting of the egg and it's just a twin complication? I'm glad it wasn't genetic but it doesn't seem to give me any answers.
