i'll be 30 in nov and i can't stay up anymore like i use to as a teen!!! i use can pull a all nighter not anymore lol when i watch movies i'll fall asleep i can't stay up anymore and i be i'll if i have to stay up... i go bed at 11 or earlier... idk how people do to lol

I'm close to 30 and I go to bed by 10pm sometimes at 9pm. I used to play video games all night or watch my movies or shows, now I'm just falling asleep during them and saying it's getting late when it's only 8:30 🤣🤣🤣 it's okay I feel that

If I'm just sitting at home, bored, I can stay up until 3 AM. If I'm out doing stuff with my friends, I'm done by 1030, 11 o'clock tops lol.

That's normal. 11 is still late for a lot of people. I'm 30 and go to bed at 9 pm at the latest.
