Got diagnosed with pre existing fibroids on my first scan , am on my 14th week now and they have started acting up, pain and had 1 episode of bleeding that scared me.. I’m grateful my baby is healthy and fine but the paiiiin … building up a different routine that involves yoga , water drinking, breathing exercises and nice hot water bottle compressions . Will add daily affirmation for my baby . To anyone else going through this be well, let’s hang in there
