making milk hurts :/

can we talk about how painful it is to start producing😭i’m only 20 weeks pregnant but started leaking around 18 weeks and it’s honestly a decent amount at this point ! like i have big wet spots on my shirts throughout the day ! but ever since that started i’ve also been getting the worst sharp pains in my boobs/nipples throughout the day😩usually right before or right after i notice that i’m leaking ! i’m really set on pumping when baby gets here but now i’m scared, will it always hurt this much ?😂
