Ruptured ovarian cyst

i had an ultrasound done on tuesday and it showed a 4 cm cyst on my right ovary…i was having sex today and we were doing it pretty rough but nothing too crazy and before long a major pain start to hit my in my pelvic area. i literally was sitting there naked crying because it was so bad i hurried up and sat on the toilet idek why but nothing helped i then put my clothes on and curled into a ball and my boyfriend got me meds and water…it still hurts SO bad not as bad as the original 30 min of horrible pain but i have never experienced anything like this before omg
