Dry heaving pain

Hey just wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing this, if it's normal for third trimester or something. I usually still dry heave before I vomit, my sign it's coming if I don't hurry up and put something in my mouth lol. Not a big deal, but today as I'm driving I dry heave and have an I tense pain in my vagina and stomach at the same time. It definitely didn't feel like round ligament and made me say a few choice words but maybe it is? Baby is kicking and moving like crazy so she seems to be okay. Normal?
