PCOS or Endo?

Hi all, I hope it is ok I post in this group since I’ve found it to always be the most helpful. I have PCOS and my husband has low sperm count. We have two ivf babies. In the past 6 months I have been routinely getting severe, debilitating pain on my left side. To the point of hospitalization last month. I am beginning to wonder if I also have endometriosis, or if it could be just a result from the PCOS. Last time at the hospital they found no reason for my pain (no cysts on ultrasound and no kidney stones on ct scan) and told me to see my ob/gyn. I’ve never dealt with this type of pain before, so I am hesitant to think it is my PCOS. For those with endometriosis may I ask what were your symptoms? How did you advocate for yourself? I fear that since I have two children they won’t take my concerns seriously at this point, but the pain is getting to the point of interfering with my life. Thank you!
