Painful sex?

I'll be 15 weeks tomorrow, my husband and I tried to have sex this morning (we haven't had sex since very early pregnancy ) i just haven't been in the mood till this morning and it was so painful it wouldn't even go in. Has anyone else had this happen, and what did you do for it?

The last time I tried to have sex it was a disaster. He was barely in and I started shouting at him to get off. We haven't had sex since then and that was 2 weeks ago. I think it might be because we get really swollen down there and it makes the whole thing really uncomfortable.
