IVF & miscarriage

We have had 3 successful FETs (2 resulted in live births and healthy babies). Our most recent one just ended with a silent miscarriage at 18 almost 19 weeks. (Baby stopped growing at 17.5). Had to have a D and E procedure and all went well. All embryos were not tested and this last one seemed just like the others.

My question is, has anyone gone through a late miscarriage with ivf? Seems like it doesn’t “normally”happen that late since more ivf miscarriages are early. When were you able to do another FET? I know I need to wait a few months and want to make sure my body is healthy, but also would like to do another FET as soon as I can. We have more embryos we want to use.

And if you had this happen, did it happen again? So scary to think about it happening again when I was almost halfway through the pregnancy.
