Two under two advice pls

My daughter just turned one in January and I’m having another one next week my c section is scheduled…my family is telling me to give my new baby up for adoption and being really discouraging 😕. I’ve been crying all day and just need some words of encouragement…they said i can’t handle it and won’t be able to work and it’s best to just give my baby to someone else…
