Getting off bc

I’m looking at getting off birth control cause I’m on my 3rd type of birth control the first 2 I couldn’t stop bleeding and now I won’t bleed at all n haven’t had a period and don’t know my cycle at all. So I want to get off so I can finally get my cycle n hormones back to normal again and be able to properly track it

But my question is what are some other alternatives to prevent pregnancy and to have safe sex ( minus the obvious of condoms)
