husband leaving me with sick baby again

okay, I need to know if i’m upset over nothing.

my child has a fairly rough cold, has had a fever for almost two days, it’s stayed at around 101-102 with medicine. right now it’s right at 100.4 which is considered fever for his age. i’ve been staying with him all weekend while husband has been at work (which i’m not mad about at all) but today he only worked for about two hours then came home and left to hang out with his friend, go get lunch, then play around in his shop for a couple hours, i was a little annoyed because my child hasn’t been sleeping good and his cough has kept him up or has kept waking him up and i’ve been the only one to get up with him while husband went to sleep downstairs (he does this almost every night, weather child is sick or not, our child still wakes up 1-2 times)

well, last night my MIL invited us to a concert and i talked to my husband and we agreed that we weren’t going because 1) my mom was busy and couldn’t watch him and 2) he was still a little sick and i didn’t want to push him off especially if he had fever, at this moment his fever was back down to 99

today, he’s seemed to feel better but still has a nasty cough, runny nose and last time i checked his temp was at 100.4, my husband really wanted to go to the concert with his family, they live an hour away and we don’t see them a whole lot, probably once every two weeks or so, and it’s usually us to has to drive there. he kept saying he wanted to go and bought us tickets before asking me, I told him we didn’t need to go and send our contagious baby to my family’s house (there’s a baby at her house too)

now he’s saying i can stay home with our baby while he goes.

husband also is going to be gone all day tomorrow to ride his bike, i never get a day off!!!
