Should I make a move?

There’s this really cute guy that works at a store I go to a lot. I go pretty often and I know his name lol and he knows mine. I don’t see him call anyone else by their name but he obv calls me by name. I was there a couple of days ago and I asked for a recommendation and he recommended something so I got it. I went on vacation so I didn’t get a chance to try it, but I was at the store last night and he smiled when he saw me and said hey “my name” it’s always so nice to see you and your smile. My sister found out that he’s single. Should I make a move ?!
