Anyone else having a rough first trimester

This is my second baby first pregnancy was rough to specially with nausea but this one i litterallyfeel like shit all day an hour or two ill be ok otherwise i just am misserably nausous, head not truely throbbing but enough of an annoyance, i was barely able to stand and walk the last two days without wanting to vomit and feeling almost light headed/shortness of breath. I laid down for two days and finally got nausea meds which have helped with the nausea but the rest is still kinda there but i mostly just feel blah and under the weather
