Please help

I had a medical miscarriage. I was measuring 6-7 weeks. I never did any blood work before medical miscarriage. I went for a sono one week and two weeks after. Doctor is saying I am healing and he saw no tissue. I only did blood work this Monday (2weeks4 days after). My HCG is 23,330. My dr is telling me it’s not the number to be concerned with and to do blood work again. It’s hard to tell since I don’t have blood work to compare to. However another doctor is saying I should go to the ER that number is high even though there’s nothing to compare to. I did blood work again today I should have by tomorrow.
