RH Rhogam shot at 8 weeks pregnant

Hi everyone I’ve been spotting since 5 weeks and started bleeding shortly after, we just checked on baby about a week ago and perfectly healthy! She did see blood in my uterus and shared with me this is a 50/50 might cause miscarriage..I went today for blood work she asked how was the bleeding and I told her it increased she said she’s going to schedule me a phone appointment Monday (if I’m still bleeding she’s going to schedule me for the RH shot) I’ve been doing my own research and I’m reading this is for moms who have RH negative blood, what if I don’t? Can they still give this?

Also where does the blood go if it’s suppose to stop it?
