Stressful pregnancy

Did anyone have a super stressful pregnancy (with your current pregnancy or a previous one)? How did everything turn out with your baby?

I always told myself I would keep my stress low during pregnancy but it has been so hard! Gosh honestly, pregnancy is just a stressful time.

Now I’m researching stress during pregnancy and it says it can harm the baby. That just adds to the stress I already have! Looking for reassurance from others who had really stressful pregnancies and babies who turned out just fine. 😔
