Should I feed or not?

I don’t need the negative comments or any hate so if you are negative on this don’t comment I’m genuinely curious. I’ve had horrible depression and crippling anxiety so I took an edible 1mg thc 40cbd and it helped but I’m breast feeding I’m not sure if I should just quit breast feeding as he is 3 months away from being 2 or keep going I’m kicking myself completely right now I feel so horrible and so sad

Personally I would not feed if I consumed any amount of thc or cbd. If breastfeeding is taking a toll on you, it is okay to stop. Mental well-being is important

If you have consumed THC, it will pass into the breastmilk and baby will be positive for it. Breastfeeding is not advised at all while consuming THC.

I’ve worked in the medical marijuana industry for the past 5 years and do a lot of research reviews on my own. The amount passed from your body to your breast milk is very low. Something like 5% of the actual dose. Then when the baby gets the milk they’re only absorbing less than 1% of whatever you dosed. That an untraceable amount and absolutely will not harm you or your child in any way. The amount you took was primarily CBD so you’re more than fine to continue BF’ing. 1mg of THC is really tiny dose. Not even half that will reach the milk… barely traceable. Confirm with your Dr, but I’d continue to breastfeed a few hours after consuming.

Idk about the side effects but  if you have been breastfeeding for almost two years I think you are an awesome mom especially if you are this worried about the whole thing shows how much you care about your baby. I personally think your baby will be fine if you decide to quit breasfeeding now and that will not chage the fact that your are awesome.

As someone who has relative lose their kids because they tested positive for thc you need to stop breastfeeding. My cousin went in they did a blood test The child  they were testing for everything just because he's only a few months old. The minute they saw that the child had marijuana even a little bit they called child services on her that day she lost her kid. It took her 6 months an proving that she was 100% clean from it to get him back
