Is my BBT trying to tell me something?

I’ve struggled with getting pregnant for a hot minute I’m around 8 DPO and usually don’t check my temp. However I know that my usual is around 97-98. I’ve been having cramping and nausea and a few other things and I’m also burning up, but I don’t feel sick...if that makes sense? I checked my temp and I’m 99.1. Could this be it?

Random daytime active temps aren't meaningful. All this is telling you is you don't currently have a fever.

No, sounds like ovulation.  If your not temping every am around the same time on at least 3 hours of sleep a random temp isn’t gonna tell you anything. How are you tracking ovulation? Since your not confirming with bbt you don’t know where you are in your cycle. If your using opks Opks don’t confirm ovulation or dpo.
