3x rent question,
Does anyone know if u need to make 3x the rent before or after taxes?? It said on the application monthly income before taxes but I’m not sure if they still look at after taxes and see if u still make 3x. Bc if it’s before taxes I make over 3x rent but if it’s after taxes taken out I make 300 less
