Tmi bleeding help
I am 17 weeks and 3 days and I have had mild cramping for 24 hours and I have just wiped and had blood. I had this two weeks ago and they said it was because my placenta was low. 
I don't know whether I should phone my doctor or the hospital.
It am I just panicking for no reason and it is the same as before.
