No patience

Ive not came to the group for a while but i just noticed a post underneath with an abundance of messages agreeing that 3 is hard! Has anyone got any tips on how to stay calm, im constantly, shouting, feeling angry, threatening with time out and naughty steps and i know in hind site im probably making everything worse but i just cant seem to regulate my own emotions so how i can expect my 3 year old to idk! Its half term and were going to be in 1 anothers company for the next 2 weeks and i want her to have an enjoyable time while were together
