I have a concern about having small blood clot

I'm on my 19wks and 6 days. I keep on moving around the house cause I usually clean the house and clean the garden feed dogs and cats etc more on household chores. Awhile ago after I bathe my dog, I peed then found small blood clot when I wiped down there. But after a few minutes, it's not there anymore. No pain. No blood flowing. Just that small blood clot one time. No blood afterwards.
