Is this regular discharge or part of my mucus plug!?

TMI! I’ve been constipated all day felt like some pressure like I had to go number 2 so I went and did go a bit and when I wiped I see this little blob come out of my vagina, is this regular discharge or part of my mucus plug?! I’m only 29 weeks 😭😭

Discharge. Stuff just gets kinda mucousy down there in general sometimes 😂 you can lose some of the mucous that the plug is made of w out losing the actual plug. When you lose the plug it’s usually called a bloody show and there will be strings of blood in it. You can take that as a sign labor is near
