Can guys get pregnancy symptoms

My fiance can't seem to stay up. I sleep all day and be up in pain with nausea in the middle of the night. I have to force myself to drink water and especially eat more. My appetite is gone. My fiance sleeps a whole lot more no matter how much coffee and caffeine he drinks he can't stay awake long enough. He said he never been this tired before. Now morning times he's not hearing the alarm clock for work and he gets frustrated sometimes because he be late.  I think he falls in a deep sleep. I have a hard time staying up in the evenings but midnight to almost 5am I am wide awake. Do guys experience similar symptoms? I'm almost 4 weeks
