Subchronic hematoma

Monday night I started having dark red blood. It wasn’t heavy but would fill up a panty liner in about 30 minutes or less. I had my first ultrasound the next day and told them and they did a vaginal ultrasound and found a subchronic hematoma. She said it was small and didn’t even measure it. Told me to not have sex because I could cause irritation and make it bleed. I didn’t have sex but later that day I started having bright red blood pouring out of me. I’m assuming from the vaginal ultrasound? I had to sit on the toliet for hours straight and was passing clots bigger than gulf balls. The blood has slowed down a lot but it is still very consistent. I had to get a rhogam shot( got at my last pregnancy too) because I have a negative blood type to hopefully stop my blood from mixing with the baby and killing it. I’m super freaked out and terrified and I’m just wondering if anyone with negative blood types has went though something similar so I don’t give up all hope😭 I am currently 8 weeks 5 days and started bleeding at 8 and 2 and had my vaginal ultrasound 8 and 3.
