Spinning babies tips?

Im 38+2 with my third baby and am scheduled for a c-section on Tuesday. Today at my last OB appt we did an ultrasound apparently baby boy has flipped back to breech. My OB said that if he stays that way, i will probably have a very uncomfortable c-section...not that any c-section is comfortable. Wondering if anyone has any tips or tricks I could try over the next few days to maybe help this?

Here’s what I’m doing…my boy is transverse breech. I didn’t pay for this at all I found it on their website. I didn’t feel comfortable with an ironing board so that’s why i found the ball instead. Within this article “Big Turning Day” they say baby can turn within 48 hours when doing that routine.

When my son was sideways my doula said to get on my hands and knees and lean forward to open up my pelvis and sway side to side to try and help him turn. By opening up your pelvis your giving babe more room to move around. She told me about spinning babies but I wasn't paying for that
