Looking for views and advise really.

I’m a self employed dog groomer that has abuisness with 2 other members of staff that work for me.

It is a very physical job that I love but realistically I don’t know if I’ll be able to manage going back to work afterwards I already have a 6year old and I’m not due till end of October. I’m really worried about telling the staff incase they aren’t happy and leave and then I’ve got all that aswell to deal with. It’s a franchise that I own but I don’t know weather to just try to sell it to relax while on Mat leave. Otherwise I’m still going to have to be there a lot of the time after I’ve had the baby etc.

Plus I’m going to have to find another member of staff to cover me while I’m off but I don’t know if I can realistically afford that.

I dont know what to do for the best I’m stressing about it because I know I’ll have to be on call all the time and probably have to go in with a newborn which isn’t really ideal at all.

I fear the staff will leave while I’m off too causing more stress. Any help?!
