I found out I was pregnant 10 DPO and haven't had any symptoms at all, except for increased acne. I had very bad lower back pain for 2-3 hours or so yesterday after cleaning my truck and my house. Now I'm terrified. I haven't had any discharge or cramps, just the back pain. I'm terrified that we're going to go to our first appointment on April 3rd and be told that we lost our baby. Are there any moms out there with me?
