I got my Induction date at my 35 weekly NST testing today

I am 35 weeks and they gave me paper for my induction date which is may 8 @ 8pm!!! I haven’t packed anything and installed the car seat. When is a good time to start packing that I will be 38 weeks 3 days when they induce me I have never went that far my last pregnancy I was induced at 37 weeks and my middle son my water broke at 36 weeks 2 days! Is it now okay to start getting my body ready for labor I have yoga ball I want to use (no not trying to induce labor early just trying to get my body ready I am 1cm dilated )
